Meet Dr. Rosie

More than 35 years in education. General education teacher. Special education teacher. Program founder. Center owner. Still in the work every day.

Dr. Rosie built the Anchor Framework after years of watching the same patterns repeat — talented teachers struggling without support, leaders giving guidance that didn't stick, and classrooms that felt harder than they needed to be. Not because the people weren't trying. Because the systems weren't strong enough to hold.

The Anchor Framework

Four anchors. One system. Immediate clarity.

Most classroom challenges are not caused by individual behaviors — they are shaped by the systems surrounding them. The Anchor Framework gives leaders a consistent way to walk into any classroom, see what needs attention, and respond clearly.

Supervision

Where adults are positioned, what they can see, and how they prevent problems before they begin.

Routine

The structure and flow of the day — including transitions, pacing, and how activities are carried.

Language

The clarity, consistency, and tone of adult communication with children.

Support

How and when adults step in to help stabilize the room — through proximity, guidance, or additional assistance.

When the anchors are held consistently, classrooms become more predictable, teachers receive clearer guidance, and leaders spend less time repeating the same expectations.

"I didn't build this framework because I had all the answers. I built it because I kept asking the same question: What would actually help the teacher standing in that classroom, the child sitting in front of her, and the leader trying to support them both?"
— Dr. Rosie Schoepp
